Charles and Erion came out last Friday because my sewer drain backed up. Within minutes they found a huge blockage in my outside line. By Thursday they were back with Chad and the digging crew to fix my issue. Absolutely the BEST plumbing service I’ve had! They were very knowledgeable and friendly and didnt mind me taking pictures as they worked… They answered all my questions and walked me through every step. I’ll definitely be using Best Plumbing from now on.
I had a huge job with doing a full rough-in for a full bathroom in my basement along with all waterlines, main stack replacement, hot water tank upgrade, all new plumbing for my existing bathroom and kitchen along with basically full sewer line replacement. Julian and Chad did an amazing job and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Julian is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in full detail and never left me questioning anything. Both of them were very friendly and personable and would recommend everyone using them for all your plumbing needs. Amazing professional work, very affordable, easy to talk to and get ahold of.
Rob and Andy came out to put in a washer line and drain in an upstairs closet for my elderly mother (We are moving the laundry upstairs). Not only were they SUPER responsive, they did an estimate the next day, and gave me a very reasonable price. They finished the job today and were timely, professional, and kept the place clean. Outstanding work. Replaced outdated copper kitchen drain line from sink, down to basement floor, and about 10ft of old cast iron under basement floor. Jackhammer floor, removed leaking cast iron, replaced with current pvc, new concrete to finish. Used pro grade heavy duty tools including HD cam to inspect drain line out to city sewer, high pressure cleanout of buildup and roots using special snake with root cutter head.
These guys don’t fool around. Whole crew were the Real Deal, true pros. Highly recommended. Job lead Julian Zirko was professional, expert knowledge, great communication, works with insurers, always kept me updated.
Our experience with Best Plumbing was exceptional. We dealt with Julian, and he had both Robert and Lance helping him on two different occasions. The quote was very reasonable, and after seeing the quality of work it was worth every single penny. Julian went the extra mile, was so honest and kind, and Robert was so helpful in so many ways. Everything we asked Julian to do he did with skill and efficiency. We highly recommend them! We will be calling them back for future jobs.
Dominic and crew came out to replace my clogged galvanized pipes from my bathtub to the main stack with PVC. Overall a great job at an amazing price and would call again.
Price: Very reasonable and stayed true to the original estimate with no surprises.
Timing: Came out within a few days to provide an estimate and once I gave the approval for the job they were back the following morning.
Quality: Everything looks up to code and they were extra thorough to check for leaks. Even came out an extra time when I noticed a small drip which ended up being unrelated to the original job. Just needed to fix some caulk and grout after they pointed it out.
Cleanliness: The mess left behind in my crawlspace was the only minor complaint but not enough to detract. I understand it’s impossible to replace pipes without some degree of a mess, but my encapsulated crawlspace was originally clean and afterwards there were some stains and debris left behind. The owner took responsibility and offered to send out a cleaning crew but I took care of it myself. Picture shows after my cleaning.
